✦ SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks of purchase. As each item is handmade with care, we appreciate your patience during this time.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, excluding holidays and unforeseen delays such as inclement weather.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. All orders are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $7.

✦ RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Every Mykie item is handmade in small batches. Because they’re crafted by real people, each piece is slightly unique; small differences or imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process. These details are a testament to the care and attention that goes into every item.
Care instructions are provided with every item, and we recommend following them to ensure your items last.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

CANCELLATION

Mykie reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.

We will not collect your personal information unless you choose to provide it to us. ‘Personal information’ is anything that is unique to you and might include your name, delivery address, credit / debit card number, billing address, email address, and telephone number.
